🚨 Fraud Alert: Fake WCL Officials on WhatsApp
Dear All,
There has been a report of certain group of fraudsters who pose as senior officials of WCL and seek money by striking conversation on chats on WhatsApp sometimes showing urgency of purpose.
All are to be aware that No Officials/ dignitaries seek any favour or demand any monetary benefits whatsoever and that, in such instances where one sees name/display photos of Management officials, the number has to be duly reported to WhatsApp and blocked as "spam".
This information is to be disseminated across all verticals and at area level to prevent occurrence of a possible Cyber Fraud.
Let's be Cyber Aware and let's not fall prey to such fraudsters.
